In those early days, ìGuy Hughes Builderî and his son, Guy W. Hughes, developed subdivisions and constructed modest homes on the South side of San Antonio. Son-in-law, H. Dale Kane entered the company in 1975, and encouraged expanding into commercial brokerage, development, and investments. At that time the firm of First American Realty was established.<br> <br> Over the years, additional partners have been added and now include Brett Baillio, Tony Eugenio, and Jim Akin.
