| First American Commercial Property Group emerged from a family business begun over 45 years ago. In those early days, "Guy Hughes Builder" and his son, Guy W. Hughes, developed subdivisions and constructed modest homes on the South side of San Antonio. Son-in-law, H. Dale Kane entered the company in 1975, and encouraged expanding into commercial brokerage, development, and investments. At that time the firm of First American Realty was established. Over the years, additional partners have been added and now include Brett Baillio, Tony Eugenio, and Jim Akin. First American is composed of brokers working together toward a common goal... providing our clients with the best representation possible of the San Antonio and surrounding area real estate markets. We recently changed our name to "First American Commercial Property Group" to better describe our services. We provide the entire scope of professional real estate investment, brokerage and asset management services.
