Gary Stirman, a licensed real estate agent, graduated from Abilene Christian University with a major in business. He began his commercial real estate career in Corpus Christi, Texas, in 1985.

     Before moving to San Antonio in 1988, Gary assisted in the development of the Rockport country club, as well several commercial properties on South Padre Island Drive and other bayfront properties. While in San Antonio, Mr. Stirman has worked on restaurant locations for a large regional company, researched for trust-related raw land transactions, commercial pad site transactions, and has listed numerous commercial properties including pad sites, raw land, and office/warehouse space. Gary has also transacted commercial offices leases.
