Brett J. Baillio

Brett J. Baillio, Vice President of First American Realty, is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Science degree. Brett is a licensed Texas Real Estate broker. He has been in the commercial real estate business in San Antonio since 1979. He has gained knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the commercial brokerage business. He has owned and operated several commercial real estate companies, Balco Real Estate Investments and Comprop Commercial Real Estate.

Brett has to his credit the development and marketing of over 2,700 acres of land in San Antonio and the Dallas metropolitan area. He was responsible for implementing a marketing plan to successfully list and sell over $30 million of commercial real estate for the F.D.I.C. and the R.T.C. through their asset management companies.
