H. Dale Kane

     H. Dale Kane, President of First American Commercial, is responsible for the coordination of the company's brokerage and asset management services. His particular area of specialization is in the field of residential and multi-use land development. Mr. Kane has a thorough understanding of the needs of the builders, developers, and investors in the San Antonio area market and beyond. His wide business background includes twenty-four years of experience in real estate development, research and analysis, appraisal, management and brokerage.

     As Chief Operating partner, he directs a listing portfolio of more than 50 million in land and income properties.

     A graduate of the University of Texas Permian Basin, Dale is an active member in Professionals in Commercial Real Estate and the Greater San Antonio Homebuilders Association. Dale is a general manager and/or general partner for numerous real estate investment groups and syndications. He is involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations including the Sonterra Board of Directors, McFarlin Foundation, Leukemia Society, and San Antonio Conservation Society.
